Chairman’s Message

Welcome the Spring Home and Garden Fair!  The Iron County Home Builders Association is pleased to hold the annual spring fair at the Diamond Z Arena.

We will feature 70 booth exhibitors with the best products and services available for your home, yard, and garden, including many personal and family use items. Whether you’re looking to build a new home, or purchase an existing one; if you’re thinking of remodeling, or just redecorating; if you need to refinance, or a new mortgage, you will meet local business owners, suppliers and contractors that can help.

Our exhibitors provide a large variety of products including home building, home design, flooring, furnishings, window treatments, paint, appliances, fixtures, lighting, landscaping, and so much more. We have also dealers for recreational vehicles, and cars & trucks. Many of the vendors own their businesses and will be here to provide professional advice help.

Our annual benefit breakfast will help the two local families of Mike Evanow and Rhonda Warren. Read more here!

The Iron County HBA Board of Directors will be cooking for the benefit breakfast which is sponsored by Funder Welding, Harris Custom Cabinets and Flooring Design Center, Southern Utah Seal Coating, and Proforma Business Communications.  A donation of $5 per person is requested for full breakfast. All proceeds will be donated to these worthy causes.

We couldn’t provide this event without our generous sponsors, and on behalf of the Iron County Home Builder’s Association, I would like to thank our Platinum Sponsors: Melling Granite and Academy Mortgage Our Gold Sponsors: Braun Construction, Rocky Ridge Landscape Rock and Roll-offs, Jones Paint & Glass, Mountain Lighting, Real Property Management, and Choice Builders. And our Media Sponsors: Cherry Creek Radio and Iron County Today.
